I have not written EAMCET. What is the admission procedure for aeronautical engineering in this college?

I can understand your situation and angst. I feel the only choice for you now is to see admission under management quota. For this, you need to contact the institute directly. They have an NRI quota also. I would advise you to ask someone to visit college personally and speak to the principal.
