Yes, you have opportunity to join JAC counselling from round 3. You have to do new registration on JAC official website. Round 3 new registration date is 11th July. You can even join for 2nd round. 2nd round registration is in between 29 - 30th June. Best of luck.

Yes, candidates can register for JAC Delhi before round 3. However, candidates cannot register before round 3. New registration does not open before the 2nd round of JAC Delhi Counselling. Fresh registration for JAC Delhi opens before round 3. After Round-2, a two-day window will be opened for fresh registrations for those candidates who could not register during the first application window. All candidates who registered in the first window will get a chance to modify their Preference of Choices in their respective login. (This is a one-time window, no further fresh application or change in Preference of Choices will be considered after this). This is not applicable to the candidates who have frozen their allotted branch in rounds 1 and 2.
