I have not yet got my certificate from this institute after doing this course. What should I do?

Contact the college authorities and get your certificates as early as possible. Without certificate, there's no value of your degree.

Contact the Examination Department and the office cell handling admissions and student records for the same. Take my advice of submitting a written application by hand too, you have the proof receipt of the same in addition to application by post.
