I have not yet got my certificate from this institute after doing this course. What should I do?

Contact the college authorities and get your certificates as early as possible. Without certificate, there's no value of your degree. -
Contact the Examination Department and the office cell handling admissions and student records for the same.
Take my advice of submitting a written application by hand too, you have the proof receipt of the same in addition to application by post.
