First of all dear, your rank is too low and it's not about college but cutoff dosen't goes that much low. I am not sure but if help you in choice fillup and you are ready to take risk till last you may get a seat in special round or in some case if seat is left they may consider you. But you have to be patient and smart for it. Your chance of getting a seat in IIIT or in NIT is near to 0 but still you can try. -
