I have obtained 290 rank in B.Tech(LEET). Can I take admission in YMCA University in 2nd counseling or open counseling?

Hi Arman, yes you can take admission in YMCA but the stream may be EIC or ECE.
YMCA is a top class college and if you are too lucky enough you might get mechanical as well.
