I have obtained 61% in aggregate but in PCM I have 0.4 less marks to make 50% aggregate, am I eligible for M.Sc chemistry?

Yes, you can get Tezpur University.
There are 3 modes through which one can join Tezpur University. They are:
1. JoSAA counselling
2. Separate counselling conducted by Tezpur University for the candidates of NE region on the basis of JEE Mains marks
3. Direct admission to the rank holders of NE s
