Firstly, thanks for asking simple but clear query. Let me explain. After declaration of results by NTA JoSAA has declared cutoffs for deciding eligibility of students to register for counseling for admission in NIT's. For general category, it is 89.75. If you are from general category, then I am afraid that you will not be allowed to register. If you are from other category, let me know via comment and I would be happy to inform you the concerned cut-off percentile.

Hi Satpal, You need to have mentioned about the category also. Because the cut offs are category wise. If you are under any category, you might get a chance for this counseling. I hope this helps. All the Best!
