I have obtained M.Tech degree in Information technology from GGSIIT of Punjabi University in 2004. Is it a valid UGC degree?
I came to know afterwards that the punjabi university has not obtained proper approval from UGC/DEC/AICTE. I have spent both my valuable time and money for getting it. Tell me ways so that i can get it certified as a recognized degree by either UG? or DEC or AICTE

yes punjabi university come under UGC

Punjabi University is UGC recognized don't worry about the affiliation .
