I have only 3 lakhs to study for masters in electrical engineering.I can move to any country.can u provide information about free university
I prefer to study in any country but due to less funds from me.I am willing to study where the tuition fees is low and also.i plan to move this january 2013.Is there a way for me.

Hi,
You may consider Germany for pursuing masters degree in electrical engineering, the cost of education in Germany is very less as compared to education in US.
