I have only 38.5 percentile in my 3rd JEE attempt. I don't know what to do next. Please anyone help me.

If you have better percentile in previous JEE exam then use those results for counselling. And you can also get admission in private college.

38.5 percentile score in JEE Mains, is quite low, amigo, to be really frank about it. You will have to look for some other options such as state level exams or for some other private universities. If there is JEE Mains once more, you can give that too.
