I have only 38% in my graduation. Am I eligible to do MBA in Singapore?
I have 3+2 years of experience and want to pursue MBA in Singapore.

I am afraid that the answer is 'No'.
For doing MBA, you need to clear GMAT exam which is especially there for doing MBA.
Since you are plan on enrolling in Singapore, better start preparing for GMAT. It will help you.
