I have only 57% in B.E.(mech) .Am I able to study in abroad? And minimum ATKT required??

While higher percentage is required for good universities, you hv the option of scoring high in standardized tests like GMAT/GRE and TOEFL/ IELTS to apply for the course and country of your choice.
