i have overall ielts score of 6.5 but only have 5.5 in speaking, can i apply for master in engineering

HI Prakash. I would like to inform you that it is mandatory to have an overall score of 6.5 bands with not less than 6.0 in any modules to secure admission in a master degree. So I would suggest that you reappear for the test. Otherwise the other option is that you take ELICOS which is a program for
