I have paid in advance but not paid to B.P. maritime. I am not able to attend the class due to full fee not paid after 2 and half months.

Hello Vikas Kumar, i am afraid I can not offer any advise of much use. An institute has right to refuse a student to attend classes if that student has not paid any fees. I suggest you find out ways and means of arranging funds, pay the fees at earliest and then only college will allow you to attend
