I have participated in many tech fest competitions and college fest competitions. Will these certificates value during B.Tech admission?

In India! While admission to your Bachelor degree, what matters is your Class 12th marks and the score (or rank) you obtained in the Entrance Exam. As you said that you have many participated in many tech-competition, this helps you while campus interviews. However, you can show these certificate to enhance your face value and to get some additional preference over other students. Hope this helps. Ask any query at anytime. Good Luck.
