Hi,
Public sector banks recruit candidates at 2 levels- the officer level and the clerical level. After XII (Commerce or any subject) Graduation followed by banking examination for Probationary officers can be taken.

- BBA.
- B.com.
- BCA, etc.
Once your graduation is completed you may take various Bank PO exams to make a successful career in banking sector.

You can go for BBA and after MBA is mandatory after BBA , BBA alone have not so much value
