I have passed 10th standard with 85.20percent . am I eligible to take Science stream? PCM+CET + JEE (mains)?? mths=84 Science=86

yes you are eligible.
let me give you my example I got 81% in 10th and I took Science stream and now I got same 81% in my 12th board. your marks doesn't decide your stream that depends only on your interest whether you want to take Science or not.

Yeah definitely you can go for Science stream. You have scored well in 10th. And go for PCM as you are doing well in Mathematics.
