I have passed 12 with NIOS but don't have 11 marksheet. Am I eligible for NEET 2022?

Sir I have passed 12 class with pcm now I want to prepare for NEET so I am repeating class 12 adding Biology as a addition subject. But I don't have 11 class marksheet, so am I not eligible for NEET 2022?
