i have passed 12th class with 68%. i want to do b.tech from a better instute.. which scholarship is good for me?

sir, i've passed 12th class in 2011. now i'm in 2nd year of b.sc. program.but i'm not happy. i want to do b.tech. but my financial condition is so bad.i need scholarship to do my study. which scholarship is good for me & how can i get it?
