I have passed 12th examination in 2014 also i took admisson in BA english oners but i want to go in field of Animation, what should i do?

Hi Abhijit, Nice to know your interest in the stream of animation and Vfx, In animation what is major seen is the work of the candidate and not the degree, whenever you send your resume in any company then before even opening that they would like to see the attached demo reel first and if the demo reel is good and your creativity is shown properly the second step would be resume in that also on the first page you would mention you experience and exposure and the second page would consist of your diploma or degree.So don't worry about it. and now the second point you should join the center after understanding about the course and the jobs available related to the same course, these days whichever institute you visit tends to excite you with the infrastructure, placement commitments etc and the name you have written in your question is a branded institute, but to be true if i have join any institute i would firstly check with the quality of the training and that could be checked only by meeting the faculties checking there experience, meeting the students personnelly and talking to them about the courses checking with what king of practical experience the institute is providing you with, by the end of the day whenever you would go for the interview firstly the company will check your demo reel and not the name of the institute, they will judge your knowledge and not the recognition that would come on the later stages. With this answer i am not saying that your don't have to see the recognition etc of the institute but just set your priorities and then decide. Abhijit, If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. This is a field where nobody cares for your qualification, they only see if you can do quality work. A good mentor and wise selection of courses with a good school, followed by diligent learning, would get you a head start in your career. However, you must check your suitability for this field. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in UI Design, Graphic Design, Storyboarding, Animation Design, Game Design, 3D Modelling, Texturing and Lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation (2D and 3D). Of course at the top of the pile lies Concept Designing - these people are required by Event Companies, Animation Studios, VFX Studios, and of course Game Studios. However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. So going for a generic course covering all or most of these would be the best way to get started in these careers. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this (if you work hard you can improve your drawing skills tremendously).
