I have passed 12th frm msbshse brd nd wnt to appear for upcpmt 2014.Parents belong to up bt hve been living in mumbai for job am I eligible?

I hve passed 12th frm mumbai with 57% in pcb (68% total in pcmbe) (general caste). U.P is my hometown,parents were born there nd cmpltd their education frm up itself.Blood relatives nd near family resides in up nd i really wnt to gve this exam. Is there any way i can appear for it plz help me out !
