    Yes, surely you can take admission in kurukshetra university by filling the form on www.kuk.ac.in.

    If you say that you have passed 12th, it means you passed in 2017 as 2018 has not come yet. The Law Entrance needs to be qualified by you and the information about that comes on the KUK.ac.in website.
