I have passed 12th in 2015 by 79% (PCM). Can you suggest the best colleges for B.Tech?

Candidates who have appeared and passed class 12th in 2016 or 2017 can only apply. However, class12th students (2018) can also apply. Since you have two years gap, so you are not eligible as per the new eligibility criteria of 2018.

Any private college like SKIT JAIPUR, JECRC are best, otherwise depends on your field of interest and availability of seat in that particular organization.

Since you have dropped 2 years. Then, you should do not waste more time, get admission according to your interest. It depends on you from which branch you want to pursue B.Tech, and what rank will you get in competitive exams. First, try for IIT, IIIT and other government colleges.
