For civil services examination, you need to complete your graduation in any stream of your interest. Simultaneously start preparing for UPSC CSE.
    All the best.

Along with your graduation course you need to consult various preparation guides for UPSC exam. You should go to official site for UPSC and look up which subjects you are going to opt for . In addition to that a little guidance from experts always help. Since you will have to prepare along with your regular graduation course so you may think of doing some online courses ( http://www.wiziq.com/courses/ )for coaching. They are cheaper and since you do not have to commute so you save time and money.
