i have passed 12th standered in 2005 yet i studing in bcom 1st year i want to job and im intrested in programming so what i do.

as you are perusing Bcom and don't want to study it regular you can take admission for BCA in Distance Education mode from various Universities and Institution.
so as you want programming then you can study the programming session along with your some of commerce knowledge also.
