I have passed 12th this year with commerce stream with c+ now can I further do hotel management.

Yes, hotel management is good and very demanding course these days. In addition, if you have some knowledge of C+, it would easier to pursue this course. In my opinion, you should get admission in hotel management as it has good placements and growth prospects.
