I have passed 12th with arts. Can I repeat class 12th with science stream?

Yes, you can repeat and again have to clear 12th class. And it requires a whole year for completion. I suggest, you have to move with what you have. All the best.

First I gave 12th with PCM exam in 2019 in Chemistry and Maths could not clear. I gave compartment exam two times but not clear. Now I want to change my stream in 12. can it be possible. Can I fill private form.
