You should complete your graduation first. You need to qualify the bank PO exam to work in a government bank. To work in Indian railways, you need to qualify the exams like SCRA.

Dear navjot, although there are opportunities to work in banks and railway after 12th but for a reputed position you should go for graduation and then appear for the tests they conduct. BA in political science /sociology /economics can help you to prepare for all types of banking, railway and civil service exams.

I will recommend BBA for you. It will help you getting job in both Government and Private sector. Degree is light and will give you sufficent time for competitive exam preparation.
