Hello Dear, Recruitment for IAS and other all India Services is done through UPSC civil service examination. For UPSC you need to be a graduate from UGC recognised institutions.

To study any Indian Services exams, you need to have a minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any stream. It is not applicable to one particular stream to choose your degree in.
