To study any Indian Services exams, you need to have a minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any stream. It is not applicable to one particular stream to choose your degree in. After the degree you can apply for IAS or IPS. Ensure that you fulfill all the criteria and mainly you have age limit for the exams do it within that. All the best for your dreams, I believe you will succeed the Milestone.
