i have passed 1st year in comp.science from manipal inst. of tech. KARNATAKA, now i want to migrate to delhi or ncr. can i do it and how.
i live in delhi.i passed 12th in 2009 with 88.5% PCM and got admission in MIT MANIPAL in comp.science.i got re in two subjects same year and after that i came back home delhi.now i am going 25-05-12 to manipal to clear my two sub. so that i can get N.O.C. and migration certificate.harmeet23@in.com.

You should consult the officials of the university because they will be able to tell you whether there is any such provision.
