I have passed 2 by 50% marks in the year 2007. am i eligible to study a diploma course in USA in the year 2013.

I want to study a diploma course in aeronautical engineering from USA in the year 2013. But i have passed my 2 (intermediate) examination in the year 2007. am i eligible to study. I also want to know that how much it would cost to study a diploma course in aeronautical engineering in USA.
