I have passed +2 i am about to Join for BCA to So after BCA What should i do to become an ethical hacker ?

Since I want to become an ethical hacker after my BCA,I want to know what are the things I should do to become a hacker.A Place where I can learn with atleast a 6-9 months time (Not one whth less days for learnings),Course fees etc ?
