I have passed B.Com and going towards PGDCA. What should I do next? Will it be helpful for me to work in a banking sector?

For Public sector banks, you must prepare for the IBPS. In that case, you need to be fluent in Maths, reasoning, communication skills and English. For Private sector banks, you just need Sales Skills and time management.
