I have passed b.sc in statistics from calcutta university. i want to do my p.hd from abroad. what should i do? and how should i prepare myse

I passed my secondary exams with 95% marks. did my higher secondary with a percentage of 80%. after that my b.sc in statistics with 59.5% marks. i am preparing for m.sc in the same subject. after completing msc i have some plan of persuing my phd from abroad. what are the probable options?
