I have passed BA and B.Ed in Hindi but scored less than 45% in BA. Am I eligible for teaching?

If you are from reserved. Category you might get into another degree as there is a relaxation sometimes of 5 percent. Find out with the distance education universities as it seems possible to pursue based on 45 percent as well.
