I have passed BCA from PTU Distance education programme from 2009 to 2012. Am I eligible for central and states government jobs?

Yes, you are eligible for both states and central government jobs. For government job exam, minimum criteria is to have graduation completed so all the best for your bright future. Keep believe in yourself.
