I have passed bcom pass course in 1993 with 45% marks.To advance my career need to do an MBA now.what are my options?

Currently I am engaged with a multinational financial services giant in a mid senior role. Over all I have 17 years of working experience. To advance my career need to do an MBA now. What are my chances. Please let me know.
