    Game development companies are quite similar to software development companies. They are very strict about both the skill-set as well as your educational qualifications. Skipping 10+2 is the first and the most critical mistake you will be doing in your life if you wish to have a career in the game industry. Either you should get a graduation in game design or you should study B.E/B.Tech or B.Sc computer Science or BA fine arts, B.Sc in visual communication and then get into a Masters Degree or PG Diploma in game design or game programming.
