I have passed class 11th this year. Can I join DGCA ground class and do class 12th from private?

No, a candidate must have passed class 10th and 12th before joining the DGCA ground class. You can still do your class 12th from private but you cannot apply for DGCA ground class unless you pass your class 12th with alteast 45% marks in PCM stream.
