I have passed class 12th commerce in 2007 and want to do CCNA. What should I do?

I wanted to do IT course i.e. CCNA and CCNP. Is it valuable for future? Presently, I am working since last three years. I am working as back office executive in oracle CRM.

Hi, You are eligible for CCNA and certification. To do so you need to take proper training from a good institute or Networking expert. However, I would suggest if possible then continue your higher studies to get a better place in IT job market.
