I have passed class 12th in 2022 and I am repeating class 12th in 2024. Am I still eligible for JEE Advance in 2024?

Yes, as you're repeating your class 12th in 2024 so your passing year will be 2024 as per JEE eligibility criteria you can appear 2 times for the exam
