I have passed class 12th with biology. Can I take BCA for further studies and can I get better placements without maths?

Even I.P. University is also giving chance to non maths background students but you need to study maths as a subject in BCA for 2 years and trust it's not at all tough it's upto 12th level only.

Maths in +2 stage is mandatory in most of the universities for BCA. IGNOU allows admission in BCA without Maths but students have to take Make-up paper in Mathematics.
