As far as I'm aware, the KSOU is involved in some regulatory issues with UGC and I believe a significant number of programs conducted by them are no longer valid or recognised by the UGC. These issues has been going on for some time and UGC plans to remove restriction in a phased manner and as on when KSOU comply with all the necessary regulations. if you have passed your exams with no backlog and paid your fees , i would suggest you to take legal recourse to secure your certificate. And i would like to remind you that you have the right to seek compensation for any losses incurred due to the delay and process. Please contact a lawyer
