I have passed graduation. I want to do pgdm but family is encouraging for banking. What should I do?

Lovely, my advice to you at the moment is that if you are getting a banking job (if it is in your hands) then do not lose it. Accept it. You can always do PGDM or MBA even later or even through distance learning once you attain 3 years of work experience.
