I have passed Higher Secondary this year and appeared in CUET. Could I get admission for integrated MA in English?

You're eligible; admission depends on whether your CUET score meets the university's cutoff. Check the university's 12th-mark requirement (often ~50%+) and complete the counselling/application steps on time. Best of luck!
