It is nice that you have decided your career path at this level. You can prepare for the IAS exam
anywhere as per your convenient and support in terms of proper guidance, course materials. Delhi is the best place to preparing for IAS exam. Good Luck.

first of all complete your graduation than you are eligible to appear in IAS exam. Meanwhile you may work on general studies or current affairs keep update through competition related books.

complte your grauation and from now onward take two subjects for deep studies and be good at GK current affairs and Maths if you are determined form now you will get success.
