I have passed my 10th (SSLC), What courses /foundation programmes can I do abroad and In which country ?

I was preparing to do diploma in Singapore , But a brother of mine suggested me that countries like Canada and Australia is better . Either way I would like to know what courses that I am eligible to do in Canada / Australia/Other European countries.Please help me.
