I have passed my 10th with 72%, am I eligible to join a 3D Animation course? I have a 2-years ITI certificate.

I'm in the final sem of ITI (Machinist) and my dream is to become a good animator, could you please help me? Am I eligible for an animation course on the basis of 10th/SSLC?
