    Yes, you are eligible Sudhir. After 10th you can join 3 year Diploma or 6 year Dual Degree programme. Some institute gives direct admission in the programme where as a few conduct entrance test for it. I am going to list out a few institutes :

    You are eligible to do fashion designing but only the Diploma course which is a 1-2 year course. For Bachelor's degree, you need to qualify 10+2.
