The minimum qualification to join graduate programme in Fine arts is 12th in any stream.
2)
The various courses offered in fine arts are :
-Bachelor of Fine Arts
-Bachelor of Visual Arts
-Bachelor of Visual Arts and Media Arts
-Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Visual Arts
-Bachelor of Bus

as per your query you can do BFA that is bachelor in fine arts , that is a good course of three years after 12th. All the best :)
